Governor Polis announced that, effective Monday, April 27th, real estate showings will be permitted again, with strict precautions and social distancing.

Following previous directives, all showings had mandatorily switched to virtual - resulting in a 93% drop in recorded showings and a 50% drop in all new listings and signed contracts. Ouch.

This latest announcement is encouraging news!
